1) Add Oil to your pan on a low heat, your Chorizo will release oil as it cooks so be mindful of how much you add
2) Add your diced Garlic and Chilli Flakes
3) Slice your Chorizo and add to your pan to begin cooking
4) Grill your Oumi until Golden brown on the outside
5) Add Prawns to your pan alongside your Chorizo and cook for 5-8 minutes
6) Once your Oumi is Golden brown add this on top of your Prawns and Chorizo and serve.
This dish goes deliciously with 2 BBQ'd pittas, cut into fingers with 2 heaped teaspoons of aioli.
