Oumi, Strawberry and Prosciutto Salad - Serves 2
150g Sliced Oumi
4 Slices of Prosciutto
8 Strawberries, halved
Handful of mixed leaves
1 tsp seeded mustard
Salt and Pepper
White wine vinegar
Balsamic Vinegar
Oil
1) Add your leaves, proscuitto and strawberries to your plate
2) Lightly fry your Oumi on a medium heat until Golden Brown
3) Add to your plate
4) In a bowl mix your vinaigrette ingredients together with a pinch of salt and pepper.
This dish goes deliciously with 2 slices of toasted tiger bread and a good glug of oil and half the amount of balsamic vinegar.
