- 3 Lamb Cutlets
- 100g Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
- 1tbsp mint sauce
- Aoili for dipping
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Coat the lamb cutlets in Mint Sauce
- Roll in the grated Parmesan until thickly coated
- BBQ or griddle the lamb until cooked to your liking
- Serve with Aoili and enjoy!
