Reblochon PDO means business! This is a cheese for connoisseurs made from raw milk produced by Abondance, Montbéliarde, and Tarine dairy cows exclusively in the Deux Savoie region. Entremont's Reblochon is matured on spruce boards in the heart of Val d'Arly in a small cooperative at an altitude of over 800 metres. Tasting Notes:An unpasterurised cows miljk cheese, delicate yellow in colour with a nutty flavour. Reblochon is rich in cream and has a think white foam crust.
