Colla Spa is 100% family owned and managed who started production in 1921 in a small dairy in Cadeo, in the province of Piacenza. The milk comes from farms situated in the province of Piacenza, Colla has continuously increased the production of Parmigiano Reggiano and is today highly ranked among the top 3 leading Italian companies. Colla cheese is the result of a historical selection of the best dairies in the territories of Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano, selecting from only 49 of around 150 dairies available.
