Reporting to the Compliance & Customer Manager, your role will involve working closely with our customers.

This role will also require Customer Specification Systems for product, packaging and raw materials.

Key Responsibilities: Support supplier audits, covering traceability from supplier to end customer. To support with the maintenance of the raw material supplier database. To complete food safety risk assessments and specifications for raw materials entering the business. Working cross–functionally to ensure all new raw materials are sourced and purchased from approved suppliers and to acceptable specifications in compliance with customer policies.Coordinate and arrange Supplier visits, internally and externally, as and when required.Regularly visit sister sites to ensure and assist with Supplier Compliance.Complete and maintain product specifications to approved and active status on customer portals and Bradbury’s branded.Maintain customer portals to ensure information is current and accurate.Working with our Sales account manager on customer meetings and projects.Ensure that all suppliers either existing to the business or a new supplier/material to be introduced into the business has full/current approval status inline with customer requirements.Participate and contribute in internal audits. Ensure that all information held centrally on supplier approval is reflective of the factories supply base and risk assessment outcome and escalate appropriately internally / externally if discrepancies are found.Assist in the capture of information and co-ordination of responses in the event of a food safety alert.Business unit account support and customer support.
